I quitted my stable job and joined insurance industry. There are few
reasons why i joined Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). Primary reason is because my daddy passed away. He was someone who do not believe in insurance and definitely he did not has any insurance when he collapsed. My daddy was the sole breadwinner for my family and luckily i was about to graduate from my degree course. Therefore i do not need to pay for my education fee anymore. It is true that we have to think for our love ones. When we no longer around, our love ones will definitely will feel sad but what we can do for them is at least help them free or reduce their financial burden. Like peter tan always say, " when one life stops, another continue"
I am someone who believe in fate and fate let me chance upon shanny. I get
to know shanny better each time i meet her. From her, i get to know about
Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). I was her personal assistant for a short period of time. Therefore it was a chance for me to get to know her better as a boss and also to know more about Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). Not only the culture and also Peter Tan Organization (PTO®) is a very family-oriented organisation. When i went to the base camp, i know about Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) 5 pillars.
From that day onwards, make me understand further why Peter Tan Organization (PTO®) can be so
successful. There is a clear culture which Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) follow. Which other
organisations do not have.

3. Love, health and wealth.
4. Caring Giving and sharing unconditionally.
5. Do our business morally ethically and legally.

To me, i feel that to become successful. You got to believe not only in
yourself and the product that you sell. But you need to believe in the
organistion as well. Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) always been doing charity. I believe when you need to give, before you can gain anything or vice versa. Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) mission is to empower our financial consultants towards personal, professional and financial growth to touch people's life. I believe when i grow with Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), I will be happy, and able to provide a good life for my family. Not only I will be able to touch many people lifes but also i will be able to become a better person.

Lastly, i never regret joining Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). Given a choice again, I will still choose to join Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). I want to thank my manager-shanny chang. If not for her, i will not get to know about Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). And also with her effort and
